Lay's Holiday Promotion
In this project StudioTribe was challenged with creating a variety of holiday sweater textures to be used as backgrounds for multiple promotional pieces. This included creating 3D renderings of knitted winter hats, decorated reindeer antlers, and custom-stitched product logos.

These holiday campaigns, "Its a Fa-la-la-la Fiesta" and "Party like Santa's not watching," will keep you warm and cozy with their colorful sweater theme.
How the Hat Pattern and texture was created
The hat pattern and weave pattern were created in 3D. With Dispcement and bump maps as well as morph tagets, to bulge the hat out in a realistic manner. Simple Lighting was used to give form to this form.
Our Sweater Texture creation
From 3D, we created an organic sweater texture that was tileable across all surfaces.
